Probate and Wills UK sets no cookies and runs no analytics, adverts or tracking. What you type into the probate checker or the fee calculator stays in your browser and is never sent anywhere.

What the site collects

Nothing directly. There are no accounts, no sign-up forms and no comments. The checker and calculator work entirely on your device: your answers are used to work out the result on screen, and they're gone when you close the page.

Fonts and styles are served from this site, so loading a page doesn't send your details to another company.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel receives your IP address and basic request details, such as the page you asked for and your browser, so it can send you the page and protect the service from abuse. Vercel handles that under its own privacy policy.

Links to other sites

Pages link to gov.uk, legislation.gov.uk, banks, regulators and other sources. Once you follow a link, that site's privacy policy applies.
